Toby Williams (Tobias Williams) was born on November 19, 1959 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Woodrow Wilson (Washington, DC), Williams attended the University of Nebraska. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Toby Williams's best year, as he recorded 6 sacks.
