Toby Caston (Sebastian Tobias Caston) was born on July 17, 1965 in Monroe, Louisiana. After going to high school at Neville (Monroe, LA), Caston attended Louisiana State University. Caston made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Detroit Lions and Houston Oilers over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1990 was Toby Caston's best year.
