Tiny Cahoon (Ivan Wells Cahoon) was born on May 22, 1900 in Baraboo, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Baraboo (WI), Cahoon attended Gonzaga University and the University of Montan. Cahoon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 4 year career.
