Timothy Starks (Timothy Jerome Starks) was born on December 30, 1963 in Mobile, Alabama. After going to high school at Cleveland Heights (OH), Starks attended Kent State University. Starks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
