Tim Washington (Timothy Bernard Washington) was born on November 7, 1959 in Fresno, California. After going to high school at Fresno (CA), Washington attended California State University, Fresno, Fresno City College and Univeristy of California. Washington made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
