Tim Spencer (Timothy Spencer) was born on December 10, 1960 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. After going to high school at Richland (St. Clairsville, OH), Spencer attended Ohio State University. Spencer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 6 year career.
