Tim Mckyer (Timothy Bernard McKyer) was born on September 5, 1963 in Orlando, Florida. After going to high school at Lincoln (Port Arthur, TX), Mckyer attended the University of Texas-Arlington. Mckyer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1986 was Tim Mckyer's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
