Tim Joiner (Timothy Lane Joiner) was born on January 17, 1961 in Monrovia, California. After going to high school at Catholic (Baton Rouge, LA), Joiner attended Louisiana State University. Joiner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers and Denver Broncos over the course of his 3 year career.
