Tim Jacobs (Timothy Jacobs, Jr.) was born on April 5, 1970 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD), Jacobs attended the University of Delaware. Jacobs made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1994 was Tim Jacobs's best year.
