From Stupid Sideline Reporters
Ex-NFL player Tim Couch admitted that he experimented with HGH (Human Growth Hormone). Couch was recently cut by the Jacksonville Jaguars, leaving them with only 3 injury prone QB's. However, the drug allegations apparently had nothing to do with his release from the Jags. Here is one of the quotes from the story.
"Couch told Yahoo.com that he passed a drug test when he signed with the Jaguars. Edwards said the NFL's drug-testing policy is confidential, and results are not shared with teams. Teams are only notified when players are suspended for violating the policy, he said."
So if he passed the drug test, he likely took it either during his short stint with the Browns, or when he was out of football from 4 years. So people, HGH doesn't guarantee success in sports.
