Tim Conroy

Born on April 3, 1960 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Tim Conroy (Timothy James Conroy) played for the Oakland Athletics and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 7 year career. Conroy broke into the bigs on June 23, 1978 with the Oakland Athletics, and put up a 3.94 ERA in 162.1 innings pitched in 1983, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Tim Conroy's best season was 1983, when he posted a 3.94 ERA and struck out 112 batters.
