Thoughts of a College Football Fan !!!

"I've been dreaming of this all my life. Every Day I wonder if these thoughts will ever leave my head. I agonize year after year, questioning what it is We need next Year.I try to tell myself that next year will be better, but the same things seem to happen. Sometimes we meet expectations and sometimes we don't. Life is really tough when lose, Great when we win. But this year, things will all change. This year we are going to go undeated and the National Championship will be ours.We need this more than ever and we will get it this year. We will run the ball from our spread Offense like nobody has ever seen before.We have the so much speed on Defenseit is ridiculous.The 3-3-5 is a great defense when it is run correctly. We have the best Offensive mind in College Football roaming the sideline, mad about everything. I wonder if he ever smiles.IT'S GREAT WHEN A COACH COMES BACK TO HIS ALMA-MATER AND WINS THE NATIONAL TITLE GAME.I hope it happens this year. We deserve it, we proved last year in our Bowl Game how great we are, beating a supposedy great defense with freshman QBs and RB's. This year both will be HEISMAN contenders.They are absolutly Spectacular. Speed kills in College Football and we have more than mostly everbody. We receive critisism from everybody, saying we can't throw the football. But why do you need to if you can run through everybody. This is going to be a great Year, I can see it now. Wonder what it feels like to win the National Championship, I bet if you asked Vince Young he would tell you it feels great".

These are the Thoughts of any MOUNTAINEER Fan. This year is our year. West Virginia University has come along way the past 30 years(my lifetime almost)and this year will cap it off. We've been in the Championship before, but never won it. This year we win it all. I've been thinking about who I feel is the 2nd best team so I'm going to say (WVU 38 - Notre dame 31) for the Title this year. Both teams should win out, and they will be the only 2 undefeated teams this year. This Is THE REBIRTH OF THE BIG EAST......GO MOUNTAINEERS.

Belive it man, They ain't no joke. With an easy schedule, they are a lock. WVU was on tv all last year, but the difference in the season last year was when WVU was down 24-7 to Louisville when Adam Bednarik got hurt. Heisman Candidate Patrick White came in and let the mountaaineers to a 3ot win, and since then he has started every game, and we have won every game. He is so fast it's ridiculous. He broke all of Vicks single season QB rushing record in only 6 games started. oh.. dont forget Steve Slaton.....say it again ....Steve Slaton.....Best vision of any runner in Football. and he runs a 4.3 or less . I was just giving all of you a warning.....

A lot of big teams have a lot of big shoes to fill, and there are only a few that are returning a good number of extremely talented players, one of them being West Virginia. Their offensive explosion in last year's Sugar Bowl was amazing to watch. Of all the teams that look good, WVU has the best shot of going undefeated in regular season play. Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ohio State, USC all have a very good chance of stumbling. This could be one of the more exciting seasons to watch because there really is no clear cut dominant team like USC has been the past few years. Hopefully we can see one loss teams in the title game and some mad BCS controversy again.

The nd-WVU game will end on a goal-line stand by wvu. Brady quinn tries to pull a matt leinart and do a sneak to send the game to overtime, and instead of his rb pushing him in, Quinn fumbles and the Mountaineers recover in the End Zone. After being upheld in a coaches challenge, Charlie Weiss gets so mad, he stomps and gravy shoots out of his ear.

Dont get too excited there WVU, they got UL, and then have to play the dont mess up game all season. Thats a lot of presure for the little team from Morgantown.

Being down 24-7 in the 4th quarter is pressure my friend. But The mountaineers won that game with Louisville, and had Pat White started the Game, he would have prepared better and we would have killed them.We scored 5 straight Td's once White came in the game last year. Now our guys (white and Slaton)are a year older and alot hungrier. They know how good victory is, and they won't be denied. Plus we have no offensive or defensive line holes.

I think it is very posible that WVU could go undefeated in a weak Big East and end up in the National Championship game. I also think it's very possible they will get crushed there by the Buckeyes.

Yeah, With ohio states deadly d................oh what was that , they don't have any left, they are in the nfl. Get real, nobody will be able to CRUSH us, because we can score on anybody...so be realistic, i like ohio state too, but they are not on another level.
