Thom Dornbrook (Thomas John Dornbrook) was born on December 1, 1956 in Berea, Ohio. After going to high school at North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), Dornbrook attended the University of Kentucky. Dornbrook made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 2 year career.
