The Ultimate Sports Fan's Holiday Wish List

A Holiday Wish List on December 2nd??? Yes, I have decided to write mine early, so I can beat everyone else to it. So, here is not only my wish list, but the ultimate sports fans wish list.

  • Who, besides Boston, wants the Patriots to go undefeated??  That's right noone, so that's why that on the top of my list, is PATRIOTS TO LOSE A GAME!! And, hopefully it won't just be a loss, it will be a 1,000,000-0 shut-out, and better yet, the Steelers to be the ones that beat them.
  • Barry Bonds' in jail: Everyone in the U.S., and more, want Bonds in jail, so what would be a better holiday gift?
  • To Michael Vick: A swarm of raging, ass-whooping bulldogs. I say that while Vick is in jail on Christmas, we send him a few nice little bulldogs as a little gift to him for being such a jerk.
  • A playoff system for CFB- NOONE likes the BCS, let's do away with it, and make a playoff system, instead.
  • NO MORE JOE BUCK!!!
  • And, of course, everyone wants to win their fantasy leagues (I think I have a shot this year).

The Ultimate Wish List for Pittsburgh fans

  • A 6th Super Bowl Championship
  • A sandwich named after yourself.  We already have the Roethlisberger, don't you think it would be pretty cool to have a sandwich at a Pittsburgh bar, named after yourself.
  • A game without rain at Heinz Field. I am tired of the 3-4 inches of rain, I would just like a game where you can walk without sinking 6 inches into the ground.
  • An NBA team. That would be pretty awesome to have an NBA team in Pittsburgh.  New York doesn't want the Knicks, and if you move them out to Pittsburgh, they may actually win a few games:)
  • The Pirates sign an all-star roster- I am tired of the Pirates losing, and I would love to see Pittsburgh go on a spending spree, and maybe pick up a few all-stars (Johan Santana, Miguel Cabrera, and a few other all-star free agents).

a team in Pittsburgh? Intriguing but I'm an avid supporter of the one state one team movement, you got the 76ers if they wanna move take them but thats all you get, you want the knicks then the sixers go to missouri

Haha, nah, I don't want the Knicks, NY can keep them, I was just kidding. But, you have a good point there. NY has 2 teams in just about every other sport (Football, Baseball, and Hockey).

I really don't see why NY has so many teams. I can see why states like California, and Texas do, but NY?? That confuses me.

Because it is a huge media market.

But, can't they spread the teams out a little? Or at least only have 2 NY teams in one sport instead of EVERY single one.

Please do Trizz. I think they should both be in the same Division, that would add to the rivalry.

I comletely agree, I was just stating the fact of their reasoning. What I dont understand is why New Jersey gets two fooball teams.

I could be wrong, but if no one doesn't want the Patriots to go undefeated, doesn't that actually mean that everyone wants the Patriots to go undefeated?

Sorry, typo. I do NOT want them to go undefeated, it's fixed now. I don't think we'll be able to beat them next week, but I sure am hoping that we will pick up the win.

I think that the team that will give the Pats the most trouble is Pittsburgh. I grew up a Dolphins fan and I would rather be gang-raped by lesbians on the corner of Peachtree Street and North Avenue in downtown Atlanta during rush hour than see them run the table.

Personally, I like Joe Buck. Granted, he's nothing like Jack (then again, Skip is nothing like Harry!) but he knows the game of baseball.

As far as Heinz Field goes, the game last week against Miami was a joke! Any moron with even half of a third of a brain cell knows you don't put new sod down in the rain. Ever heard of astroturf? You played on it once and since that stadium is used for high school, Pitt and Steeler football, wouldn't it make sense to at least try field turf?

Bonds in jail. That may happen.
