The NFL season never ends. Every day, something happens that could make the difference between a Super Bowl title for one team, and struggling to reach .500. So while the games may not be playing, I decided to throw together a little simulation (ok, so Ddub had a tad bit of influence). I selected 64 teams since 1960 to be a part of the ultimate tournament to determine the greatest NFL team ever. I took 64 teams in honor of March Madness, the one playoff system where you cannot truely have a legitimate claim to bitch about if your team doesn't make it. 41 teams recieved an automatic bit for winning a super bowl. The other teams were my chosing, either from my thoughts, or from others at armchairgm.com, where I will be posting most of the stuff here as well; and from random message boards/blogs/articles I found on this subject. Each week I will be using whatifsports.com to simulate each game, in which I will post the results here, along with a game recap, and the scores/stats on armchairgm.com.
