The Lucky Mariners

I have to point this out - the Seattle Mariners have been very lucky this year. If you have a bit of time, take a look at the MLB league stats. Its eye-popping how many statistic categories they are sitting at or near the bottom.

Last night was a prime example (I blogged about this one recently)

I know they're awful offensively, but why does everyone hate on Seattle Sports teams good or bad? Besides, if they were lucky, JJ Putz wouldn't have all of those saves.
