The Future Of Maple Leaf Gardens

I recently came across this video on YouTube, which looks at the uncertain future of Maple Leaf Gardens. It makes for interesting (and uncomfortable viewing).

Do you blame Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment for not allowing anyone to develop the arena for hockey, Loblaws for the shameless commercialism, or do you blame the City of Toronto for not protecting the final remaining home of the original six?
