The Curse of Me!

Have you ever lived in a state for a long period of time, and during said time, you've watched your home teams stink the place up? Then, you move, and all of a sudden these teams are actually doing well?
I lived in Florida for 13 years, and was forced to watch my beloved Marlins, Heat, Dolpihns, and Gators finish..well, under my expectations. So we moved, and as each successive year passed, the Florida Marlins, Florida Gators(basketball), and Miami Heat won titles in each of their respective sports.
They talk about the Curse of the Bambino, the Curse of the Goat, the Curse of Ike, etc. But in South Florida, the real curse, was me.
Has anyone else had an experience such as this, or am I the only one with the power to make a team play poorly?
