The Biggest Night In Baseball

The night of July 31st could possibly be great for the MLB. If all goes well, it could be a night of celebration as three big milestones could possibly be shattered by three big players. If not, these milestones will all still most likely be broken, but they will probably all be scattered to different days of August 2007. So let's look at these three possibly incredible feats one at a time.
Tom Glavine: 300 Wins(8:05PM @ Brewers) Glavine has been known as an ace for quite some time. In his long career he has recorded five 20+ win seasons. If Glavine breaks 300, he might be the last. With the current decline of decisions a starting pitcher gets in the MLB, it might not happen ever, if not at least for 10 more years.
Alex Rodriguez: 500 Home Runs(7:05PM VS. White Sox) A-Rod could possibly join a sacred group tonight. While being the newest member, he would also be the youngest in history to reach the mark by almost a whole year. A-Rod has tightened up recently and has obviously tried to force No. 500 out of the park, but hes still at #499. No matter what, he will eventually do it, and start working his way closer to 600.
Barry Bonds: 755 Home Runs(10:10PM @ Dodgers) Bonds is a legendary and controversial part of MLB. Ever since he started his career in Pittsburgh, Bonds has been a great player. Some people say steroids have helped him get this far, and yet others will stand up for Barry. Either way, he will still go down in history.
