The Best of Kornheiser's Monday Night Football Gush

I've decided that I'm going to start keeping track of Tony Kornheiser's choicest comments about Tom Brady during Monday Night Football games when Brady is not playing.

Tonight's winning quote came during the third quarter when Kornheiser was discussing Big Ben Roethlisberger's numbers during the game, which has a lot to do with the reason why the Pittsburgh Steelers are up 35-7 right now on the Baltimore Ravens. Kornheiser gushed:

Anytime your name is mentioned in the same sentence as Tom Brady, you're having a good day.

I assume he means if you're a quarterback, right?

Lame article. People being bitter towards the Patriots is old. So old, that by the time the super bowl comes aorund it'll probably be cool to like them again.

I don't know how this is bitter towards the Pats, looks more bitter towards bad commentators Pip so stop being jaded. It's a nice idea, I think it should be running in the LockerRoom though.

It belongs where it is, not in the locker room. It is a post from her blog, so it's an article. It is bitter. Statistically who is the second best QB this season? Big Ben. So comparing him to Brady, the best QB this season, is fair. People are taking whatever shots they can at the Patriots and it is from bitterness, it is also old. It will be a long season for those that can't stand the Patriots.

Actually, I have found being bitter towards the Patriots to be alot of fun for several years now. It's just starting become even more fun. Me thinks it's going to be a long season for those who are annoyed by Patriot hating.

You should keep track of every time Kornhole mentions one of his man-crushes, cause although Brady is his number one, he seems to comment on lots of guys. Last night he also mentioned how well Big Ben looked (I shudder at the thought of Kornhole talking about BIG Ben). Don't forget last year when he couldn't stop saying how Mathew McConahey, or however it is spelled, was the sexiest man alive. I do find it funny that Kornhole seems to be all jealous of Brady's Baby-momma.
