Reporting Live From Fenway Park via T-Mobile Sidekick been here since 8 am trying to get tickets, apparently theres a rule against buying more than 4 tickets so now i have to get my own pretty dumb that I wait here for like another 1 or so get the tickets go home try to catch the 2nd half of the Pats game, pick up my gf and then right back to Fenway well thats the plan I might be stuck here up until the first pitch but hey its worth it to not hear Buck and McCarver ruin what may be a great moment in Red Sox history. But I have gone completely off topic which was the 2007 All Underrated team, a team featuring the most overrated position players in the NFL this season. As with most lists and countdowns there will be debate but here goes nothing since I have SOOOOOOOOOO much spare time. Maybe I should write a post about my time here but first things first the team
Quarterback: David Garrard,JAX - He lacks the arm strength of Byron Leftwich however he's a 4 game winner and has 0 picks. Maurice Jones-Drew is emerging as the star of this blue collar football team, not enough credit is due to Garrard. He's reminds me of Vince Young, the game isnt always pretty but he wins. He doesnt make big plays but he doesnt make mistakes either and throughout the offseason there was talk about drafting a QB, trading for a QB as if Garrard couldnt handle it and if the Jags make the playoffs you have to give credit where credit is due.
Running Back: Edgerrin James,ARI- The Cardinals are TERRIBLE they have no Quarterback, their recievers are hurt, the defense is non existent yet Edgerrin James is quietly putting together a great season. He no longer has Peyton to ease off the pressure and he now is the Arizona Cardinals offense, a task I dont even think LT can handle.
Wide Reciever: Jerricho Cotchery, NYJ- Who? Jerricho Cotchery the only player in Jets offense that would be worth saving if they were all trapped in a burning building. My fellow Pats fans know that Cotchery is a force to be reckoned with and its only a matter of time before Bill Belichick adds him to the player-that-can-actually-beat-us-so-lets-grab-him-before-the-opposition-realizes-his-potential collection He hasnt been in the endzone yet but in his defense he doesnt have a quarterback to get him there he does have 485 yards on the season which is more than Terrell Owens and the highly overrated Dwayne Bowe.
Tight End: Owen Daniels, HOU- Since Andre Johnson went down, Matt Schaub has learned what Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Phillip Rivers have, Tight Ends can be playmakers too. Daniels has become a favorite target of Schaub while its likely that'll change when Johnson returns but for now he remains my secret fantasy football weapon.
Defense: Oakland Raiders, OAK- The Raider D has always been good even in their sorry excuse for a season last year its hard to find good things in a last place team but is very well the case here.
Special Teams: Chicago Bears, CHI- Okay, Devin Hester is a beast but I feel not enough credit is given to the blocking of the Bears I mean the man runs with a circle of blockers around him like a forcefield.
Okay I'm the 20 people away so I'll wrap this up I'm getting paranoid looking down and typing so ttyl AGMers
