That's It! It's All Over!

Four games. That's it. That's all it took for the Sox to top the Rocks. I thought it would be more like 5 or 6 games, but Boston deserves credit for continuing their stellar defensive play and constant attack on offense with 2 outs or 2 strikes. They proved, without a doubt, that they are the best team in baseball for the 2007 campaign.

But, like all teams in the league, the 2008 season is just beginning. They have numerous free agents looking for a pay increase, or guys looking to jump ships to become permanent players. Some key players include Jorge Posada, Paul Lo Duca, Sean Casey, Adam Dunn, Ryan Klesko, David Eckstein, Omar Vizquel, Alex Rodriguez, Mike Lowell, Geoff Jenkins, Torii Hunter, Andruw Jones, Aramis Ramirez, Aaron Rowand, Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Greg Maddux, Curt Schilling, Octavio Dotel, Eric Gagne, Bob Wickman, Mariano Rivera, Troy Percival, and Mike Timlin.
