Tex Wisterzil (George John Wisterzil) was born on March 7, 1888 in Detroit, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on April 14, 1914 for the Brooklyn Tip-Tops. In 1914, his rookie year, he hit .257 with 0 home runs and 66 RBI. Wisterzil played for the Brooklyn Tip-Tops, St. Louis Terriers and Chicago Whales over the course of his 2 year career.
