Terry Ryan is the most overratted GM in baseball

Everyone thinks this guys is some great GM because he has won a couple division titles. He doesn't draft -- that's our scouting director. He doesn't help develop people -- that is Jim Rantz, our minor league director. He lets Nick Punto play everyday without making a deal to bring someone in here. He had Ramon Ortiz and Sidney Ponson in our starting rotation this year. That's when we had top prospects like Kevin Slowey, Matt Garza, and Glen Perkins ready. He has cost us at least 10 games by not getting more offense in here.
We have scored 1 run 9 times and we have been shut out 9 times. Eighteen out of 102 games we have scored 1 run or less. That is pathetic. You would think after numbers like that you would bring in offensive help but no we just think Rondell White will be our savior and Punto will come around. This guy is a terrible GM -- he has made one good trade and that was A.J. for Joe Nathan, Francisco Liriano, and Boof Bonser.
