Terry Lewis (Terrance L. Lewis) was born on December 9, 1962 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Highland Park (MI), Lewis attended Michigan State University. Lewis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
