Terry Kennedy (Terrance Edward Kennedy) was born on June 4, 1956 in Euclid, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on September 4, 1978 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1980, his rookie year, he hit .254 with 4 home runs and 34 RBI. Kennedy played for the St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 14 year career.

Most people believe that Terry Kennedy's best season was 1982, when he slugged 21 home runs, hit for a .295 average and knocked in 97 runs.
