Born on July 31, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois, Terry Fox (Terrence Edward Fox) played for the Milwaukee Braves, Detroit Tigers and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 7 year career. Fox broke into the bigs on September 4, 1960 with the Milwaukee Braves, and put up a 1.41 ERA in 57.1 innings pitched in 1961, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Terry Fox's best season was 1961, when he posted a 1.41 ERA and notched 12 saves.
