Terry Day (Terry Lee Day) was born on September 18, 1974 in Pickens, Mississippi. After going to high school at Williams-Sullivan (Pickens, MS), Day attended Holmes Community College and Mississippi State University. Day made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
