Ted Vactor

Ted Vactor (Theodore Francis Vactor) was born on May 27, 1944 in Washington, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Washington (PA), Vactor attended the University of Nebraska. Vactor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1970 was Ted Vactor's best year, as he had 700 kick return yards.
