Ted Schwarzer (Edward Schwarzer) was born on February 13, 1900 in Austin, Texas. After going to high school at Stephen F. Austin (Austin, TX), Schwarzer attended Centenary College of Louisiana. Schwarzer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Buffalo Rangers. He played for the Buffalo Rangers for his entire 1 year career.
