Ted Livingston (Theodore Alfred Livingston) was born on February 18, 1913 in Geneseo, Kansas. Livingston attended Indiana University and Kansas State University. Livingston made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 4 year career.
