Ted Elliott (Theodore Elliott) was born on November 16, 1964 in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. After going to high school at Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN), Elliott attended Minnesota State University-Mankato. Elliott made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
