Tavarez Suspended for 10 Days

MLB suspended Julian Tavarez for 10 days, after the Red Sox RP threw a punch at OF Joey Gathright in Monday's spring-training game against the Devil Rays. Tavarez will probably appeal the suspension.

I agree with the anonymous fanatic. It's about time he got suspended for his antics. Remeber when he broke his hand punching a telephone when Carlos Beltran hit a homerun off him in the playoffs? I still remember hating him because one year when he was still with the Pirates, an Astros hit a grounder back to him, and Tavarez literally threw the ball at the ground and let it roll to first base for the out. What a prick.
