LeBron James has been spotted wearing a YANKEES CAP! What the hell is this? Although he is an Ohio native and a Cavs & Browns fan - apparently is NOT an INDIANS fan. He has always loved the Yankees apparently since he was a child. Jeter is one of his idols and hey - I guess I cant blame him. But come on, he is IN CLEVELAND and this IS a playoff game. The CLEVELAND pro teams show up at the Cavs games to support him - why would he not support the INDIANS? Oh well - LeBron keep wearing the Yankee cap - this jinx could work in Cleveland's favor!!! (its a reversal of fortune).

Not even close, Brady just wore a hat on the street and is not even from the New England area. Lebron is from OH and wore the hat to a game. Didn't he grow up during the Manny, Thome, Justice, Lofton Indians? How could you not be a fan of that team?

I could understand if he was born during the whole "Mistake by the Lake" era of the Indians but they actually won a pennant when he was growing up. Maybe that visit to SNL last week changed him to the Dark Side.

It has long been common knowledge in Cleveland that LeBron is a Yankees fan. He has often been spotted in his Yankees cap around town - he's not just jumped on the Yankees bandwagon. It has been a sore spot among hardcore Tribe fans for awhile. Personally, I think it's not a wise career move, but at least he's loyal to his team, if not his home town.

I have no problem with him wearing the Yankees hat. As a fan he has a right to pick whatever team he wishes. I do have a problem with him wearing it in Cleveland. He is the face of the city, and that looks bad. A better move would have been getting tickets to see the game in NY. It would have been a little less of a slap in the face to the city
