Steve Uhrinyak (Steven James Uhrinyak) was born on November 23, 1914 in , PA. After going to high school at Shadyside Academy (Homestead, PA), Uhrinyak attended Franklin & Marshall College. Uhrinyak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1939 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
