Steve Riley (Steve Bruce Riley) was born on November 23, 1952 in Chula Vista, California. After going to high school at Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA), Riley attended the University of Southern California. Riley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 11 year career.
