Steve Meilinger

Steve Meilinger (Stephen Frank Meilinger) was born on December 12, 1930 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Bethlehem (PA) and Fork Union (VA) Military Academy, Meilinger attended the University of Kentucky. Meilinger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins, Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1956 was Steve Meilinger's best year, as he caught 5 TD passes.
