Steve King (George Stephen King) was born on June 10, 1951 in McAlester, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Quinton (OK), King attended the University of Tulsa. King made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1974 was Steve King's best year.
