Born on May 13, 1947 in Torrance, California, Steve Kealey (Steven William Kealey) played for the California Angels and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 6 year career. Kealey broke into the bigs on September 9, 1968 with the California Angels, and put up a 3.84 ERA in 77.1 innings pitched in 1971, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Steve Kealey's best season was 1971, when he posted a 3.84 ERA and struck out 50 batters.
