Steve Hirsch (Steven Wendell Hirsch) was born on May 18, 1962 in Pontiac, Michigan. After going to high school at Lahser (Bloomfield Hills, MI), Hirsch attended Northern Illinois University. Hirsch made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
