Steve Hanson (Steven Harold Hanson) was born on April 27, 1902 in Racine County, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Racine (WI), Hanson attended Carthage College. Hanson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Louisville Colonels. He played for the Louisville Colonels for his entire 1 year career.
