Born on August 16, 1966 in Dallas, Texas, Steve Foster (Steven Eugene Foster) played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 3 year career. Foster broke into the bigs on August 22, 1991 with the Cincinnati Reds, and put up a 2.88 ERA in 50 innings pitched in 1992, his rookie year.
