Steve Chitren

Born on June 8, 1967 in Tokyo, Japan, Steve Chitren (Stephen Vincent Chitren) played for the Oakland Athletics for his entire 2 year career. Chitren broke into the bigs on September 5, 1990 with the Oakland Athletics, and put up a 4.33 ERA in 60.1 innings pitched in 1991, his rookie year.
