Steve Carter (Steve Carter) was born on September 12, 1962 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Southeastern (Detroit, MI), Carter attended Albany State University. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
