Steve Bagarus

Steve Bagarus (Stephen Michael Bagarus) was born on September 19, 1919 in South Bend, Indiana. After going to high school at Washington (South Bend, IN), Bagarus attended the University of Notre Dame. Bagarus made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1945 was Steve Bagarus's best year, as he had 617 receiving yards and caught 5 TD passes.
