Steve Apke (Steven James Apke) was born on August 3, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Moeller (Cincinnati, OH), Apke attended the University of Pittsburgh. Apke made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
