Stefon Adams (Stefon Lee Adams) was born on August 11, 1963 in High Point, North Carolina. After going to high school at Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC), Adams attended East Carolina University. Adams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1986 was Stefon Adams's best year, as he had 573 kick return yards.
