Stanley Blair (Stanley R. Blair) was born on July 4, 1964 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After going to high school at Dollarway (Pine Bluff, AR), Blair attended Oklahoma State University and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Blair made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Phoenix Cardinals. He played for the Phoenix Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
