Stan Stasica (Stanley Joseph Stasica) was born on June 24, 1919 in Rockford, Illinois. After going to high school at Central (Rockford, IL), Stasica attended Gordon College, the University of Illinois and the University of South Carolina. Stasica made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Miami Seahawks. He played for the Miami Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
