Stan Royer (Stanley Dean Royer) was born on August 31, 1967 in Olney, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 11, 1991 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Royer played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 4 year career.
